Hard Work does the Body good!

I love to garden and have flower gardens. Williams favorite flower is a snap dragon. Thanks to Grandma Reidhead William knows all the names of most flowers. William was telling me all about flowers and how they have feelings too. Wayne was more interested in smashing the dirt clods and finding old building nails in the dirt. Wayne and William both helped me haul the rocks to the back yard. The dirt under the rocks was as hard as cement. It took a while but we got it tilled up and turned over. We added some soil to it and got our little flower garden planted. Spencer ran to fry's and got me a Diet Coke and the kids root beer for our break.

When we went to take this picture of me and kids instead, of saying "CHEESE" they all yelled "WORK"! I laughed because, I am trying my hardest to teach my boys the value of hard work.

Papa Reidhead fixed Trey's wagon today! He was so happy! Thanks Dad!



Papa Reidhead also cut me 4 more tires for my garden. We planted bell peppers and chili peppers today! My beans are sprouting and my squash is sprouting! So hopefully it will continue to grow! My yard is a work in progress. I enjoy the time we spend together as a family working on the yard. Some guy Spencer works with is giving us all of his gravel from his backyard for free!
